I've been working with Barry for 9 years now and i'm very happy with Reliable Cork Solutions. I purchase over 20,000 Slimcorks from them a year, which is 2 shipments for us. We ran into only one issue this entire time which was a slightly delayed shipment and Barry took care of it. They are located fairly close to us and that's one of the reasons I decided to make my first purchase from them back in 2011. Barry is very knowledgable and was helpful with the artwork setup requirements for different printers, which isn't easy. I used to be in the printing business so this impressed me from the start.

Reliable Cork Solutions is the first and only cork vendor we've used since opening our operation in 2012. I was originally introduced to RCS via a feature on Slimcorks in one of the wine industry newsletters I subscribe to. For the first few years we purchased an agglomerated cork from them instead of the Slimcorks. We started to run into some issues with the corks and my friend actually suggested we make the switch to the Slimcorks. I spoke to Barry about the issues and he helped me make the transition to the Slimcorks; he even gave me a discount on the first order given some of the challenges we had experienced. We've now been using the Slimcorks since 2017 and are happy with them. Barry provides really good customer service, going above and beyond. One time I was late to submit my order and found myself at risk of not having corks for our scheduled bottling; I was in a real bind. Barry actually had someone hand deliver the order to my front door in NY from MA. I couldn't believe it. He's always been honest and if something goes wrong he is committed to making it right.
